These general conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the EP website by the USERS who access it. The present general conditions are presented to the USER on the website www.endurance.es on each and every page and every time a USER enters his data in the existing forms, so that he can read them, print them, archive and accept through the internet, the USER not being able to enter his data effectively without this acceptance having been produced.

In the event that any clause of this document is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the finality of the present conditions. EP may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which will in no case imply a waiver of them unless expressly recognized by EP.
